All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. We offer free shipping on orders above a threshold you set — we recommend €30 or more to encourage bundle purchases.
